Password reset submitting error

Hi,
I have an issue on password-reset page: when submitting an email address the page reload the form instead of the text “We have sent you a password reset link to your e-mail. Please check your inbox.”.

The issue appear in english and french; in italian (default language) the password-reset page works fine. When submitting the page, in italian you can see in the url the query string variables (“?updated=checkemail”), but not in english and french, so the page reloads itself with form.

I don’t use any caching plugins, I’ve already done a conflict test, I use WPML for translating, and the language URL is https://www.site.ext/en/ – https://www.site.ext/fr/

The password reset page is “/area-riservata/password-reset/” in italian, “/en/reserved-area/password-reset/” in english.
