Logo will not publish

I have installed the Login Page Customizer and all the parts seem to work except I cannot get my logo to appear. I have uploaded it, and set the size correctly. If I scroll over the area on the page where it should appear, the link is there. But the logo is missing.

I noticed someone else posted the same problem, but no solution was offered here in the forum. Can you help?
