This plugin messes up all my reviews

  • I added this to my website to add a cool review feature, but after months of having it I noticed it has many errors. When I have the plugin activated, ALL of my products review ratings are off. When I have many reviews all with 5 stars, it will show the item has 1-2 stars..? It will also not display all the reviews and on the review table. After months of wondering what was going on with my website and all my reviews, I deactivated this plugin and everything worked exactly how it was suppose to

    We have been making some test and for us, all is working properly with the plugin enabled.

    Maybe the issue could be due to incompatibilities with another plugin or the theme?

    I have disable multiple plugins and still have the issue. On one product page with 12 5 star reviews, whenever I activate the plugin, it turns it to 6 reviews with a overall 4 star score.

    Hi there,

    Maybe the issue is that you don’t have converted the previous comment into reviews when you install the plugin?

    Could you check if converting the reviews, as you can see on this image, the problem is solved?

    I got the reviews to finally line up correctly. But old reviews with the “verified owner title” have been marked as non verified. Only a couple of them still have the title

    I import reviews from aliexpress, the images of the review are sitting on the aliexpress server and the plugin does not know how to deal with it, so it can not display the images
