Warning message with update and with customization menu itme

  • Tried to update to from Radiant 1.3 to 1.4. Get this error message:
    Warning: cannot modify header information- headers already sent by (output started at /home3/bowwow/public_HTML/spca….

    and it goes on, ending in /misc.php on line 1126

    This happened once before, and it locked me out of the site. Had to revert to another theme to get back in and then change back to Radiant again.

    I also get this message when I bring up the customizer.

    Help?!
