Valid Pro Version License Not Working

    I have a valid license for your Tracking Code Manager Pro. I recently migrated my site and now I can’t get the license to reactivate. I changed the URL on your website. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it and cleared my cache. I’ve tried everything I can think of and I don’t see any settings option on the pro version. The license screen just sits there when I enter my license and hit save. I can only see my codes in the free version. Please help!

    Resolved. The plug-in, although “deactivated” on the old site after migration, it was still being recognized by the old website and not the new one. Once I deactivated it on the old website, the new one instantly recognized the license properly. I hope that all makes sense, but the bottom line is that my issue has been resolved. ??

    Hi @eburckle,
    it’s correct ??

    If you change the domain or reinstall WordPress, you need to deactivate and activate again the license key
