Instagram has stopped working

I am seeing this on the page:
Feed Them Social (Notice visible to Admin only). Instagram returned: Missing client_id or access_token URL parameter.

I have regenerated the shortcode, cleared the cache, tried clearing and getting a new token.
This happened after the update today.

This is the shortcode that was generated (id removed)
