    Hello,
    Thanks for the great Plugin!
It’s working well and help us a lot.
But still, we have some problems, maybe you could help us?

==> DATA FROM THE USER GET LOST
    https://projectstostopclimatechange.org/submit-a-project/

When the User enter an incorrect email or something else required, he looses what he already entered in 2 main fields: the description text about the project and the pictures attached. As the page refreshes.
We’re worrying about this as people may write for a long time the description, and then loose it because of a small mistake in another field.

Is it a bug? Or something we could parameter in the Settings?

Thanks a lot for your help.
    Nathalie

Hi Nathalie, glad to help. Can you let me know if this is for free or pro version of USP?

    Okay then glad to help:

    1) “When the User enter an incorrect email or something else required, he looses what he already entered in 2 main fields: the description text about the project and the pictures attached.”

By default the plugin includes a script that prevents people from submitting the form until all fields are complete. Then if there is an error, all fields except File(s) will remember their original values. If that is not happening in your case, it most likely is because of some interference, probably from another plugin or maybe even something the theme is doing. In which case, the best way to resolve is to do some basic troubleshooting.

Ok thank you we’ll try the troubleshouting so.

Also for the the script that should prevent people, because we don have it neither.
