Best plug-in’s to use – help required

  • I have two things I can’t find a good extension for, they are as follows:

    a) Flick Gallery
    I have a Flickr Gallery which contains 158 pics and more to be added. I want an extension that dynamically displays thumbnails, I don’t mind if it’s one big page of multiple rows of thumbnails, but I’d prefer maybe display a page of 30 thumbnails at a time then just using navigation that is dynamically created to take the user to the next page. Then when a thumbnail is clicked, a large version is shown but the user remains in the wordpress page.

    b) In this section…
    I have sections of pages, I want an plug-in that will dynamically display a list of all child pages in that section detailing a thumbnail of any images used, a title, and the first 20-30 words or alternatively a short synopsis of the article.

    I may just be missing the obvious but if anyone can point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it!

  • This shows up in my Flickr Gallery plugin support items because you tagged it with “flickr” and “gallery”. You might want to check it out to see if it does what you want.

    Thanks Dan I had tried it but it didn’t cover me for as much as I needed it to do. I’m currently using Flickr + Highslide which is on the right track but only gives me 100 pics, I need more pics and be able to split the content into pages.
