can a user send message without login to his/her account?

    Hello and thank you for your amazing plugin! I would like to ask is it possible a user to send message without login to his/her account? I ask if a user wants to send a message e.g. without his profile e.g. only with a name is it possible? Thank in advance

    Facebook requires a visitor to login OR create a new Facebook/Messenger account to contact you via our Facebook Live Chat. Facebook will automatically ask your visitor to create an account if they don’t already have one.
