I have moved on from an imagely theme but I still have been using the nexgen plug-in for my galleries – they are so nice! But can I get updates on these plugins if I’m not an imagely user? I’m a bit confused with all of this.

    Thanks, Brenda

Actually I just read your FAQs and I see that I can use them with my WordPress based site. I am using Divi Builder, and today was notified that my website is showing all this code everywhere but only a smartphone, not my tablet or desktop. Because some of it showing is related to the galleries, I am writing here to ask if you know why this is happening. Check out https://www.brendatharp.com/ on a smartphone and see what you think, please. I just need to know who to turn to for help. I am asking Elegant Themes as well, but not getting anywhere fast with resolving this issue.

    Hi @bstharp,

Thanks for asking us. By our terms, you can continue to use out themes and the premium plugins for your sites but without receiving updates and support ( for the Pro or Plus plugins and Imagely themes ).

I am suggesting renewing your member’s subscription in order to be able to contact us via you member’s account regarding any Pro related questions.

    Thanks for your understanding,
    Mihai

thanks, so do I have to pay an annual subscription membership then just to get the NextGen Gallery updates, if I understand you correctly?I am not using your themes anymore, just the plug-in.

    Hi @bstharp

    We are happy to help.
I checked your site on my phone, and I was able to see that the slideshow was missing. But perhaps I’m not able to see the same problem that you have?

What I noticed about that particular first slideshow was not created with NextGen Gallery. The class label indicates “et_pb_gallery_item”, so perhaps is another plugin or maybe part of your theme?

Another thing I noticed is that the FontAwesome icons are having some issues with our Lightbox Display (Photos below the label “Instagram Feed”).
That particular Lightbox is not 100% ours, and it seems that it has some modifications. For example, at the moment we don’t have an Instagram icon.

If you are no longer an active user, you can, of course, keep using our free plugin and our free lightbox effects.

If you want to check the status of your account, feel free to contact us back at https://www.imagely.com/contact/

    Have a nice day!

    – Gaby, Customer Support.
