Plugin says – Users can send personal emails to each other

  • The wordpress plugin page says: “Users can send personal emails to each other.” I have looked over the plugin and it is not clear to me how a non-administrative wordpress user can do that. Please elucidate.

    For regular users to be able to email each other, they have to be granted the capability. Email Users does not provide the ability to assign capabilities to a user, you’ll need to use another plugin to do that. What Email Users does do is define capabilities and if a user account has those capabilities, the user is able to perform certain actions. The capabilities Email Users defines are toward the bottom of the plugin settings page (Dashboard > Settings Email Users)
