Events not showing up

Hi there,

We use your plugin on our website and recently it has stopped working properly, if you look at our homepage it is only showing events up until 9th January and we do events every day! So that’s three weeks worth of events that haven’t shown up.
Also on this page here: https://www.silverfit.org.uk/events/

I asked our web dev. guys to look into this and they said this:

You’re going to need to get support directly from the developers (at which point I’ll be able to log in and make the necessary changes as per instructed)

There is s support Forum above where you can raise the question. They will be able to tell us what we need to do (whether log in via FTP and change files, or alternatively a method for resolving this)

Sooo… i’m raising the question, what can be done? I don’t know anything about websites so going on what our developers are saying, that it’s a plugin issue.
