Incorrect password redirect

    Hi,

    When a user provides an incorrect password on the UM login page they are redirected to the wp-admin login page. I would like it to direct back to the UM login page instead with some error message e.g username or password is incorrect, as currently users end up using the wp-admin password reset link/page rather than the UM password reset link/page. Can someone advise how I can do this?

    Hi @gsindall,

    It looks like a conflict with your theme or one of your plugins.
    It shouldn’t be any redirect to the wp-admin.
    Can you please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi again Ultimate Member,

    Just following up on this topic – I eventually found that the conflict is with the Thimpress Course Builder theme – is this a known conflict, and do you have any suggestions on how we can fix the issue? Our site is a live site and ideally we’d like to keep both UM and the active theme.
