Make a Search Blank

  • I want my users to be able to type a name in a search blank on my wordpress site and when they hit submit, it queries the contact forms db and displays the form value info in that row.
    My db is db_wp343; the table is wpeu_db7-forms;
    Is there a plug in for “search” that I can put in the query?
