I’m getting the following error message when deleting a user in the WordPress back-end:

WordPress database error: [Table 'myDB.wp_signups' doesn't exist]
    SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM 'wp_signups'

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /.../wp-includes/wp-db.php:1398) in /.../wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1223

I checked in phpMyAdmin, and wp_signups doesn’t exist in my DB. I’m only using the plugin for the password reset function, and don’t allow new signups.

When the plugin is de-activated, the error doesn’t occur, so it’s definitely linked to Profile Builder.

    Can you help?

  • Hello there,

Yes, we are aware of this rare problem.

It appears that on a few server configurations, the table does not get created automatically.

We need to create the table manually.

For this, we are going to need some specific information of your database, and then we will need to send you the MySQL file.

And since we can not do this here, please contact us via the support ticket system.

    Best regards,
