mobile version of my site

Hi,
I want to show a mobile version of my site on mobile devices, with a bit less information and different sidebars.
I can make a menu for mobile, and some specific pages for mobile, but I don’t know how to make sure a visitor will land on the homepage for mobile instead of the regular home page.
Can that be done in Hueman, or do I need some other plugin for that? I use Hueman Pro.
