Installation cannot be completed?

  • signed up with justhost.com and it offers wordpress download. when i go to down load i get an error message saying it cannot be completed due to this reason

    how can I fix this? i have no clue where this directory would be located to erase it manually??

  • FTP into your site, or use your host’s control panel, and remove the index.php file in the root (main) folder.
