    Hello,

    First, I would like to thank you for your great plugin! It’s free and amazing!

    I would like to know if there’s a way to make all tickets visible to everyone in the support desk? I really need this feature and I can’t find the right line of code in the editor…

    A public support ticketing sounds like a Forum to us.

    NanoSupport has both public and private Support to the End Users, using the Knowledgebase (public) and Support Desk (private) respectively. And there’s a “Copy ticket to Knowledgebase Doc” feature so that you can make any ticket public if you think that is feature-rich and could be helpful for your client. Both the private Support Desk and public Knowledgebase are intertwined and are the core features of NanoSupport.

    A public Support ticketing system is completely against the motive of NanoSupport. Hence, we might not want to implement a public Support ticketing system in NanoSupport in near future.

    If you desperately need so, we’d like to suggest a public support forum plugin like bbPress.
