    Hi @glad22,

I am sorry but it looks like all the galleries from your https://www.bakchus.eu/en/foto/ page are available in my case. Can you please update us on the status of this request?

    Thanks,

Hello, yes, im sorry, we were forced to reupload some galeries manually during weekend, because of fans. For example here https://www.bakchus.eu/en/knightfall-series-premiere-history-6122017/ , is the problem. Invalid Displayed Gallery. Here https://www.screencast.com/t/o8d0YiE4mKdi is how code of that old gallery looks. And here when i reupload them https://www.screencast.com/t/OkwUlVso . I also notice that ids of old galeries are different than id in list of all galeries in admin panel. Should galeries RE-id after update?

    Hi @glad22

It seems that you were using an old shortcode.
The solution to that issue is to re-insert your galleries.

Please, try to re-insert those galleries and check again.
    Keep us posted.

So there is no way to fix it with some automatical tool? That problem appears because i updated nextgen plugin?

    Hi @glad22

    I’m deeply sorry.
I know that we have released a fix to enable those shortcodes to work.
But, it’s not clear why it is failing in your end.

You can try to update your gallery, clear your plugins cache and browsers cache.
Let me know if that solves the problem.

Maybe we can also try if there is some existing conflict.

1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    Please, keep us posted.

    Hi @glad22,

We haven’t released it separately as an addon. It should actually integrated in NextGen Gallery in case that’s already available ( I will need to check with our developers to make sure that we’ve released the fix ) so it’ll be enough to update NextGen Gallery to the latest available version in order to test if that’ll change anything.

Because it has been a month or more since your last reply, I am going to mark this as resolved as I assume you have found a solution. Please feel free to reply again if you still have questions.
