Problem “Changing Password” Help!

I had my password kept on MSIE – but when I went to login under Firefox, it said I had the wrong password – so I requested a change of password. It sent it to my email.
However the user name in the email was blank.. and it gave me a randomly generated password. When I tried to login with admin and the generated password, it wouldn’t work. When I tried capitalizing admin, it wouldn’t work. When I typed in my name, it wouldn’t work.
I am frustrated as I am unable to log into my account now. Is there any other way to change the main admin password??! thanks!
