    Just wondering if there is anything specific we have to do to get “Allow the customer to retry a failed or cancelled transaction” to work aside from ticking the box?
    We have the option enabled, and when we test on a live form with real CC details, we can make the transaction fail (by trying to pay for a sum larger than the CC allows), but there doesnt seem to be an option to retry the transaction.
    When we click next in PxPay, it takes us back to our “Cancel URL” – There doesnt appear to be any retry option.

    After much digging, we found out that this needs to be switched via PxPay to work.

    Sorry I missed your original post, sometimes I don’t receive notifications from support tickets. Glad to hear that you got it resolved.

    Can you tell me please, what exactly did you need to have DPS do? i.e. what was their language for this?

    Hi Ross,

    We emailed PxPay and they let us know that the retry function was part of PxPay that they need to switch on for a merchant account before it appears on the payment page.
    Its possible this is also an option in the pxpay merchant account admin area, but we didnt have access to it.

    They can also change number of retries allowed as well.
