WP Google Maps Basic cannot be installed

    Hello

    I had the Basic and Pro version of WP Google Maps installed before.
    Now, the Basic version disappeared from the Plugin selection – the Pro version is still there…
    When I try to reinstall the Basic version it fails with the message “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”

    Please help, as the google map is the core piece of our website.

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    It sounds like your plugin installation has been damaged somehow and that files are missing, but because other files are present WordPress will not allow you to overwrite the remaining files.

    You will need to remove the folder over FTP or using a file manager before reinstalling.

    Please try that and let us know if that helps?
