• Hi. If a member is logged in and does a search on the site, they get a popup displaying this error : https://prntscr.com/mbdps2 – [JR001] *** EntryWizard ERROR *** Value ‘stress’ not allowed for shortcode parameter ‘identifier’. Do you know why they would get this?
    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

That message is the one that appears in a page that contains an entrywizard shortcode with an invalid “identifier” parameter. It normally shows in the page itself, but may be shown in a popup if the expected place for it is not found.

You may see that message if
    1. you have a page or a post that contains an entrywizard shortcode with identifier=”stress” and
    2. that page also contains the text being searched for (“online jud”) and
    3. “stress” is not the identifier for any actual entrywizard webform or rating form

I’m not quite sure why it would appear in a popup, rather than in the text, but that could depend on the code used for the search. That in turn may depend on your theme and/or plugins.
