Change time inside Woocommerce from Server Time to WP time

Hello.
I’m living in UTC+1, so that’s the time I’ve set in WordPress as well.
Unfortunately Woocommerce seems to fetch the time from the server’s time (UTC),
Default Timezone is UTC: ?
so that mails sent by the system state a wrong time.
How can I get Woocommerce to respect the time I’ve set in WP?Changing the server’s time is unfortunately out of question, due to shared hosting.
I tried changing the time via .htaccess, but same as another user (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33156828/how-to-set-time-via-htaccess-for-php) I only get an Internal Server Error.That brings me to hoping there’s a way I can convince Woocommerce to take WP time instead of the server’s.

Ugh, it seems that the server time is correct (UTC+1, used this method to find out which time the server is running) and the reason, why the system sends mail with a wrong time stamp, is to be looked for at a completely different point. I guess I’ll close this thread and start another one with a better fitting question.
