Gravity Form with AMP

I’ve recently faced the same problem and came up with some hacky code to make most Gravity Forms instances AMP compatible.

Will try to make it a bit nicer and add some documentation so that you could potentially add this to your own site as well.

Unfortunately the Gravity Forms team does not intend to add direct AMP support at the moment.
