Continual Notice of “new version” and “update now” even after updating

    Hello Yoast SEO,

    For the past several weeks, my admin page shows a notice to update Yoast SEO plugin. I do this, and yet the notice still returns, even thought the plugin says it is updated. I tried to delete the plugin since we use Yoast SEO Premium, and it came right back to my page. I don’t know how to fix this issue. Yoast seems to be working correctly, its the notice for the basic plugin, which is not active on our site but still in our library. I can’t seem to delete it, perhaps it has to stay even though it’s not active?

    I did not want to put the link to our admin page, but don’t know how else to show you the notice.
