Is there an Instagram feed plugin that doesn’t require me to login to the Instagram account to authorise and one that will allow me to put the feed on a page, not a widget in a sidebar please?

Client wants it to show up on their Gallery page, rather than sending people off to Instagram.

    Hey proverbs31woman,

The only way that you could display a feed without logging-in to Instagram first would be through a method called “scraping” that violates Instagram’s terms of service. So our plugin uses the official API that requires such a log-in and authorization.

Otherwise, you can use our plugin to add the feed just about anywhere on your site by adding [instagram-feed] to the content area of a page.

    Hopefully that helps!

    Thanks,

    Craig

Ok, thanks. I was thinking it would be like Twitter and being able to do a feed without logging in. Makes it hard when I’m managing a site for a client.

Yes it’s definitely unfortunate that this extra step has to be made. Let me know if you or your client needs any help with the plugin!

I’ve had to explain to the client I need their Instagram login. They’re a sporting club so they’re getting the details from whomever runs it for them.
