SEO ranking with Docspress

I am using seo yoast plugin and when importing documents with docspress , as a shortcut in page or post , yoast shows me zero score in readability and seo optimization as if no content available , so my question is , does the document insertion of word file content by docxpress plugin affect the SEO searching for my content , does it appear or not (because of being shortcut and not written content )
