SQL Syntax error on upload

When i trying to upload image map to server there isnt any action made. Only in logs i have this

and this

I cant upload anything to server, folder has proper permisions. When i put file maualy on server with FTP i can choose from drop down map. But, when i want to save me draws on map they just disapear.

What’s wrong?
I have PHP 7.1 and mySQL 5.5
