subscribe form widget

Hello,

I was really pleased with the plugin, as it seemed to work (at least when not asking for a confirmation or a double optin option), but now, for now apparent reason, it doesn’t work anymore.

is there a way to debug?

I really haven’t changed anything. added no new plugin.

The form is the simpliest in the world :

and no options are on (as it did not work)
