Installing wordpress on justhost

    I am into a mess.
    I have downloaded the wordpress 2.8
    I try to upload the files into the FTP Filezila but it sais transer failed.

    Then I checked some tutorials and they say you need to visit your URL followed by /wp-admin/install.php
    What URL?
