Not getting the button or the banner

So I recently activated the PWA module and it seems to be working fine BUT unfortunately, I cannot get the banner/button to appear on my mobile browsers.

I have tested a few different browsers, cleaned cache, turned off pop-up blockers but NOTHING.

Any help would be appreciated.
