    Hey there,

I just updated the plugin which has been part of my back office for years, so thank you!

However, since the latest version the syntax colouring doesn’t load. I am using the Classic Editor, if that helps.

Here’s the JS Error I’m getting which does look related

hesh.js?ver=2.3.0:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘getEditorMode’ of undefined
    at Object.isGutenbergVisualActive (hesh.js?ver=2.3.0:1)
    at ee (hesh.js?ver=2.3.0:1)

If you need any more info, just ask. The plugin was working yesterday and I’ve added no new plugins/themes today, so this has just happened since I updated.

    Thanks!

Fab, thank you! Trying to work on a post and I always work in code mode, so very much missing the functionality and clarity of your code highlighting!

    Hi there,

I noticed the same issue since I updated to latest version. I am using Classic Editor and the plugin doesn’t seem to highlight code anymore.

    Looking forward to a patch!

    Thanks for a great plugin!

Are you using the Classic Editor Plugin or the Gutenberg Block called Classic Editor?

    Bug is being tracked here.

I am using the Classic Editor Plugin.

OK I’m pushing an update now, v2.3.1, that should fix things (Hopefully?). I can’t recreate this issue on my end, but I did identify the bad javascript that could be causing things. Please update, test on your end, and get back to me.

    Thanks!
