• I recently downloaded the Booking Ultra Pro plugin for a customer website. It is working pretty well minus the fact that it has now taken them over 24 hrs for them to respond to a ticket I submitted and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to configure it so that when someone books the same service back to back it shows in the client confirmation email. Also when someone cancels using the link provided in the email it only cancels the single service in the appointment details, despite them having ordered multiple sessions.
