• I’m testing the reset password feature in UM. I click the “Reset Password” button and successfully receiving a reset password email. I click on the “Reset Password” button from the email and a page loads requiring me to enter a new password twice. I hit the “Submit” button but the browser gets hung-up (keeps spinning) until I receive the following error message:

    The page isn’t redirecting properly
    An error occurred during a connection to bcecards.com.
    This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

    Is there somewhere to select your redirect page on password resets? Is this a conflict with WooCommerce? What am I missing? Everything else works GREAT!!!

    Hi @firstfloor,

    Try clearing your browser cache/cookies and full history and then test password reset again. This error seems to be something related to this. It has nothing to do with UM. If clearing cache and history doesn’t solve this, it could be caused by any other plugin. Try deactivating all plugins except UM and see if you could recreate this issue.

    Hey sorry for the delay but unfortunately non of these fixes worked? there are over 800 members in this data base so I’m not sure if that is an issue?

    But we did find that once logged in users can successfully reset their passwords in their Account/Change Password option? it’s the “Forgot Password” and “Reset Password” that cause the above error still.

    HELP!!!!!
