    Hi,

    I now after 5 days of trying to figure out out what is wrong. Please help me.

    I’m using the Accordion Tab, bot when I’m on real mobile devise and click on the Accordion Tab it goes to the top of the page. You can see it here:

    Just remember to take a look from a real mobile. I have tried different themes, disable plugins and more. Nothing…

    Please help.

    I have checked and it works from our side.

    From what I have seen on your site, from mobile, when you are on the page and try to open an accordion, it indeed jumps to the top of the page. But afterward, all the other ones open correctly.

    Anyways, I will do more investigation and will let you know what can be the probable cause of this.

    Hi rafinkhan,

    Yes, the issue is on mobile only. I have tried everything, fresh install, no plugins, different themes. All with the same result.

    I hope you can get this fixed soon. Looking forward to you reply.

    @alanbee,

    I have investigated your site again. Can you please disable RTL and switch to the default format & check again?

    Cause from our website and my local testing, everything’s working fine on mobile.

    I also see the same issue exists with the tab you have designed using Elementor as well.

    So, let me know how it goes.

    You have managed to fined the Cause for it.
    I can confirm that if the system is on the English language, the issue is fixed and all working well.

    So the issue is the RTL. I have also updated the Elementor team that there is an issue that affects the RTL users.

    The big question is, if you can fined a fix for it for Essential Addons?

    We are actually working on the ‘RTL’ compatibility. Hopefully, it’s gonna be fixed very soon.
