Artwork not updating…

    Click any of the podcasts on the URL I supplied (https://www.naturalhealth365.com/all-podcasts/) and the artwork next to the player (which is currently displayed as a small globe) isn’t updating to our new artwork.

    The new artwork has been updated in powerpress in the general settings artwork tab and in the post type podcasting settings artwork tab. The Podcast feeds have been updated and are 100% working (validated).

    We’ve waited over 24 hours and still the image isn’t updating.

    My client is a bit OCD and can’t relax until this is taken care of. Please help!

    When I load the page here:

    I see different images for each post. What are you expecting it to look like? Also, these images are likely controlled by your WordPress theme, not any settings in PowerPress.

    Right… but when you click on any of those and open up the podcast url, the player itself has the OLD artwork logo. I’m not talking about the large image up top. I’m talking about the small logo that’s just left of the PowerPress player.

    That logo, which from what I can tell should be taken from the “Artwork” setting in PowerPress isn’t updating to the new logo, which is this one: https://www.naturalhealth365.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/NaturalHealth365_podcast-logo-small.png, but instead it’s displaying this logo, which seemingly resides on the blubrry domain: https://assets.blubrry.net/coverart/160/28741.jpg

    Hopefully that makes things a bit clearer for you to understand the issue at hand. It’s not the “featured image” of the post I’m trying to address… it’s the small logo to the left of the blubrry/powerpress audio player.

    The Blubrry Audio Player takes its artwork from your show’s Blubrry directory listing. Your show’s directory listing wasn’t showing your artwork before but it is now:
    https://www.blubrry.com/naturalhealth365_podcast/

    The artwork should reach the audio players on your website once caching clears for the audio player server. If the artwork still isn’t showing within 24 hours, please post back here and let us know.

    Loaded your site just now and the artwork is now showing in the player. Here’s a screenshot of what it looks like in my browser:

    If you’re seeing something else, clear your browser cache and try again.
