Allow Customer to Add multiple Product Variations

    Hello,

    I have a question. I will be selling a product on my store, and there are 6 color variations.

    In addition to this, I will have three buying options:

    1. Customers will be able to buy a single unit, and select one color variations.
    2. Customers will be able to buy exactly 3 units to receive a discount on a 3 unit package, and select three color variations.
    3. Customers will be able to buy exactly 6 units to receive a discount on that package, and select six color variations.

    At first, I thought to use dynamic pricing to allow the customer to add 3 or 6 to receive the discount, however, it is somewhat confusing because they do not get a discount on ordering 4 or 5 units. I have decided to add three separate products to accomodate the single, 3 pack, or 6 pack.

    My question: How can allow the customer to select 3 color variations in the 3 pack before adding to the cart, as well as the same for the 6 pack?

    That’s where I’m stuck.

    Hey @rehantahir,

    In this case I would recommend some sort of bundling plugin to help you do numbers two and three – something similar to Mix n Match possibly?

    That way you would set up the products as following:

    1. Variable product.
    2. Mix n Match (container set to 3)
    3. Mix n Match (container set to 6)

    And then you can set pricing for all of them individually.

    This looks like it might fit the need. I can setup these mix and match bundles per product right?

    For example I create the bundle of 3 and 6, and then use mix and match plugin to the set how many products and their attributes?

    Correct!

    You would create a bundled product of 3, and another bundled product of 6, and then use the Min n Match to set up what variations you want available there.
