You can only downgrade if you have a database backup. Upgrades really should only be one-way.

I have problems with upgrading, no problems whatsoever with 2.8 itself when it’s running. You’re not very specific about your problems btw.

2.8 does work for many people. If you’re having specific issues, please start threads about those specific issues, so that people can look into them. General complaining without any details accomplishes nothing.
