WHEN excatly does the feed get updated?

    Please can you clarify what times of day hourly, twicedaily, daily actually mean?
    I am trying to troubleshoot an issue and Google are suggesting they can’t fetch my xml file. I want to be sure it’s not being written when the fetch occurs.

    So please can you let me know exactly what t.o.d. hourly, twice-daily and daily are?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    With regards to your question, it is hard to say what the exact timing is as it depends on when you installed and the activated the plugin.

    Daily: between 07:00 and 08:00 server-time
    Twicedaily: between 07:00-08:00 and 19:00-20:00
    Hourly: between :00 and :59 every hour.

    The product feed is only replacing the previous version of the product feed when the new one is done processing. This replacing takes one second so there is no change Google is not finding any feed when trying to fetch it.
