Page reloading avoiding jump link

    Hi there,

    I’ve set up some jump to link labels in my header menu.

    My Menu:

    Food Menu (your popup is here)
    -Starter
    -Main course
    -Dessert

    All these categories link at the same page with a jump to link to the right section.

    When I click on the voice dessert, it redirect me to the dessert section in the food menu page, but once your popup appears and I close it, automatically the page refresh and brings me back to the top, making my jump to link not functional.

    Could you please helping me solving this issue? Thanks for your time.

    @mattemar – Since you didn’t add a link its hard to say exactly what is going on.

    Are you saying the Food Menu item on your navigation menu is a click trigger for your popup or the popup opens on the Food Menu page?

    If the first I’m guessing your popup trigger is also a #hash link then that would be my guess.

    For the latter it indicates your theme is doing something with the main scrollbar that is out of the normal. IE hiding it or replacing it. When a popup opens we store the current scroll position of that bar, hide it and show our own. When you close the popup we hide ours, show the original and set the position to the one we saved before. IE we put it back where it was before. So something is mucking that up along the way.
