Navigation menu issue after update theme

Hi,

I have updated the theme (Sporty) of our club-website this week, but there seem to be a number of issues now.

At this moment I have fixed the background colour with a CSS plugin.
The background colour was transparant and made the site unreadable.

I still have issues with the menu however.
Could someone take a look and advise?

In general it looks like a css file is missing or was overwrtitten by an empty file.
But I have no clue were to look, I am not a programmer… ??
