error message when trying to sign in

I tried to sign in but got an error message “Invalid username” even though I signed in many times before with this username. In order to post this message I had to reregister with another username and email address.

It should be easier to contact you to find out the source of this problem and solve it.

Please advise how to contact you now to resolve the issue.
