  • Hello, today I received 4 different email errors in quick succession. Do you know what the error codes below mean?

    I have the same issue.
    This is confined to Divi Forms module.
    I do not have the issue if tested with Gravity Forms on the same website, with the same settings.

    The same article apply, i can guess the divi module is passing the wrong email.

    Yep, read the link to article i posted here.

    That’s not the issue. Your plugin is working fine with Gravity Forms. But not with Divi Forms. For the same domain and email setup in your plugin. Per your article.

    As I already posted, divi is doing wrong.
    So you can use the article or contact them.

    Elegant themes solved the issue.
    By enabling the “Prevent plugins and themes from changing this” for the email address used.

    The image on the article link you provided, is not rendering in chrome and firefox. I’m guessing that image would show the above solution.

    @yehudah thank you for the info & for supplying that link. I reviewed my settings in caldera forms & the from email matches exactly to the envelope-from email address in Post SMTP.

    The only thing that is different is in Post SMTP the Envelope-From email & the username are different email addresses & always have been. Could this be the issue?

    It doesn’t exactly matched the issues you referenced on the other link, so I wanted to check before adjusting anything.
