Additional Headers Reply-To: not working

My reply-to header is now broken for some reason. I have not made any changes to the forms so I think a somewhat recent update must have broken the functionality. I have this in the additional headers section and it no longer works:

Reply-To: [your-email]

On the form tab, here is the related entry:
<label>Email (required)
[email* your-email]</label>

Now, when I receive messages from my form, the replies go back to me so I have to manually update the to field before sending.

Any ideas?
