fatal error when switching to PHP 7

Hi

We have been using your plugin for a while now on php 5.6 with the order status and actions plugin from actuality extensions, but now switching to php 7 it seems not to be working. It gives the following error when updating and order status and doesn’t trigger the email notification to the customer.

This only occurs when switching to php 7 and the author of status actions plugin says this error doesn’t exist their end so must be this plugin.
