    Hi guys,

    As mentioned in the other topic, for my sites
    abel-finance.com
    energyiceberg.com

    both use a pop-up, with a different mailchimp account, neither of them working..

    Your help would be much appreciated, as i’m probably doing sth wrong!

    Hi @abelfinance,

    I have tested abel-finance.com and had no issues subscribing there, so make sure that you’re not using already registered email.

    energyiceberg.com does keep showing me that the email is registered but that shouldn’t be the case as I used multiple different emails.
    Can you double check that the API details are correct for this site and if they are, try clearing any caching you have on your site and then give it another test with an unregistered email by using incognito mode in your browser?

    For mysterious reasons, ABEL Finance works for me know as well…

    Iceberg – seems there is an issue with Mailchimp account, unrelated to the plugin..
