provers: about us: delete your pub and category

hello, i have ANOTHER problem with your theme, i think it’s not intuitive, when i click on categorie or font i can change directly, i have to go out personnalisation etc..
my problem is:
how delete a categorie when i don’t want it, for example, down contact us ther is you publicity for your theme and also “our team” … this is annoying to can’t modify or delete on each page directly with a bouton,
anyone can help me or have this problem ?
