Looking for a plugin to minimize the number of variation images

Hi everyone,

I am 100% positive that someone already created the same topic but I can’t find it anywhere so sorry about that.

I have a woocommerce shop that sells t-shirts and there are 100+ designs on sale. Most designs have 17 variations (color+type) and I have 17 images per product.
I’m looking for a plugin that can use one set of images of blank t-shirts and combine them with one image with transparency per product. Using variation options, the buyer chooses size and colour but the sign/image/graphic stays the same. That way the total number of images is smaller and editing products is less time consuming.

There are options on the web but I can’t seem to find them anywhere. I did find plugins for that a few years ago but I can’t find them now.
Does anyone know what should I search for?
