Mailchimp Popup Issue

Hello Guys,

Your support will be highly appreciated, Kindly note that I follow the below steps:
1- I do select Customize from wordpress dashboard.
2- then: Widgets
3- then: Sidebar
4- the:n Add a Widget
5- then: Mailchimp Subscriber popup
6- Then I copy this code from mailchimp <script type=”text/javascript” src=”//downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/unique-methods/embed.js” data-dojo-config=”usePlainJson: true, isDebug: false”></script><script type=”text/javascript”>window.dojoRequire([“mojo/signup-forms/Loader”], function(L) { L.start({“baseUrl”:”mc.us7.list-manage.com”,”uuid”:”ebb76569813c90f13a37dd9fb”,”lid”:”e0cbcab09f”,”uniqueMethods”:true}) })</script>

7- then the code turns to the following Error
[mailchimp_subscriber_popup baseUrl=’mc.us7.list-manage.com’ uuid=’ebb76569813c90f13a37dd9fb’ lid=’e0cbcab09f’ usePlainJson=’true’ isDebug=’false’]

I need to know whats wrong with it, although it worked the first time only.
